Meet the Team

At the heart of our business are some of the most trusted property experts in the local area.

Robert Chamberlain, Director

Robert brings over 23 years’ experience in property sales to our table, along with more than a decade of active involvement in lettings and property management.

After starting his career as a trainee with Woolwich Property Services in 1994, Robert took on various roles in a range of well-known estate agencies, working his way through the ranks to eventually become the Regional Sales Director for a large corporate agency, where he coordinated 21 offices covering London, the East of England and the East Midlands. He has been a member of the National Association of Estate Agents since 2002.

Having lived in most parts of East Anglia – including Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Norwich, Colchester and Ipswich, as well as London and the South Coast – Robert boasts exceptional knowledge of the property market in our beautiful corner of the country. He has now happily settled in Brantham with his wife and two children. When he’s not working, Robert enjoys travelling, exploring local history, and taking long walks with friends and family.

Dean Phillips, Director

Dean’s work in the property sector started in 1996, when he joined an independent estate agency in Colchester. After nearly twenty years at the same company, he had traversed roles as Negotiator, Valuer, Branch Manager and Area Manager to become company director. Dean sold the business in 2015 to focus on other ventures, including adding to his strong portfolio of investment properties; his wealth of experience in the Buy to Let market means he knows first-hand what it’s like to be a landlord!

Dean has achieved a range of lettings and property management qualifications and has been recognised by the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP).

Dean is Colchester born and bred, but he’s laid down roots in Brantham with his wife, two children and cocker spaniel, Max. He spends his free time walking, fishing, and enjoying a round or two of golf. 

Lorraine Chamberlain, Property Management

Lorraine has been working in the sales and lettings space for over 25 years and boasts 15 years’ experience in looking after residential properties on behalf of investors and developers. 

She is ARLA qualified to Fellow Grade and has also achieved a diploma in residential lettings and management.

Carly Phillips, Sales Progression & Customer Relations

Carly excels in her customer facing role; she delivers impeccable support to our clients, often becoming their reliable point of contact from instruction to completion.

She has worked in the property sales environment for well over a decade, and she also has strong involvement in our lettings and property management division.
